Timothy Holmseth’s Shocking Admission

Haleigh Cummings – The Shocking Truth Revealed

Timothy Holmseth has responded to a 300 plus page petition for protection on his Web site; But in doing so openly admits that he has not been to Florida in 35 years!

Did the Author Expose his Haleigh Cummings Book to be Fraudulent?

Timothy Holmseth the so-called investigative journalist behind a self published book on the Haleigh Cummings case openly admits that he has NOT been to the place where all the crimes committed against this five year old took place, in 35 years!

Is Timothy Holmseth a Fraud?

Timothy Holmseth wrote on September 12th the same day that my last update on that idiot was released: Haleigh Cummings – The Aftermath.

“Holmseth has never met Attorney Picazio in person, lives in Minnesota, and has not been to Florida in 35 years.”

I ask, how could any real journalist writing a book about events that were contemporaneously happening in Florida over at least a year without ever having been physically there, nor ever had interviewed face-to-face, any of the key players in the Haleigh Cummings saga? Thus, Holmseth’s own admission strongly suggests that his book is more a work of fiction than anything else.

Timothy Holmseth does NOT know anything more about what actually happened to Haleigh Cummings than the average armchair Blogger does, by his own admission.

In Haleigh Cummings – The Aftermath we had learned more shocking revelations from Kim Picazio that strongly suggest that Holmseth is nothing more than a perv masquerading as an Internet journalist. In Kim’s, the petitioner, staggering 386 points she has alleged that Timothy Holmseth was obsessed with her and had been cyber stalking her relentlessly on the Web. Kim in a number of her points further alleged that Holmseth’s prolific complaints and email communications were often laced with explicit sexual references both to Picazio and even to Haleigh Cummings private parts.

Bye Bye Web Site

Bye Bye Web Site

Bye Bye Web Site

In my opinion, Kim Picazio, the petitioner, in her petition is simply taking the first legal step necessary to forceably get Tim’s Web site taken down off the Web, or at the very least filtered out of Google’s search results. Both Google and most hosting companies require the existence of a court order, before they will remove websites.

The idiot Timothy Holmseth should have taken a closer look at point five, above.
