The Haleigh Cummings case keeps on going, especially its aftermath of destruction for a number of different people in Florida and elsewhere.
Is Timothy Holmseth a Cyber Stalker?
WARNING: Some sensitive types might find the content of this post sexually offensive.
Previously, I had last caught up with the antics of Timothy Holmseth in Croslins: Liars Demand Everything, but Deserve Nothing. This post centered around Levi Page’s Blog Talk Radio show entitled In RE Timothy Holmseth & Chelsea Croslin: Shocking Truth which according to my link originally aired on May 16, 2011. The audio archive of Levi’s show, however, has mysteriously disappeared.
Exhibit R, Injunction for Protection
I ask: Will Timothy Holmseth ever give it up?
As I recall, it started off with a rather vulgar segment that featured Tina Church, Post Conviction Investigator, who was dumping upon both Timothy Holmseth and Chelsea Croslin. It ended up announcing that lawsuits were allegedly going be filed by Kim Picazio, the petitioner, against a number of well known Internet personalities surrounding the Halegih Cummings case.
What ever happened to all those alleged lawsuits? I have absolutely no idea, as I was never privy to any timely communication from Kim on this matter, nor did I ever personally examine any of the alleged legal briefs. My post was based mostly upon what had aired on Levi’s show, which now no longer physically exists for whatever reason. In retrospect, this entire report was troubling since none of these Internet personalities ever publicly acted like they were in legal trouble.
Kim Picazio, the petitioner, Injunction for Protection
On Friday September 9, 2011, Kim was kind enough to send me an update on what was going on by email. This post, for what it is worth, is based upon a number of subsequent emails as well as 310 pages of legal briefs which she has authorized me to release to the public: Kim Picazio, the petitioner, Injunction for Protection.
This situation makes for an interesting case study on Internet Harassment, or rather what can be done about cyber stalking.
Having skimmed through the entire 310 pages of this PDF file, this alleged petition in my opinion appears to have been legally filed. It was filed on September 9, 2011 by Kim’s attorney David DiPietro, Esq. The case number is DVCE-11-5919. The petition for protection took effect immediately, but there will be a hearing held on it on the 19th in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where presumably her protection will take on permanent status.
Kim’s original petition starts on page 23 of the PDF file and contains a staggering 386 points which amounts to a comprehensive time line of everything that Timothy Holmseth has sent to Kim, or posted about her, over the duration of the Haleigh Cummings case, on the Internet. It also contains attachments A through W.
Kim Picazio, the petitioner, in point #17 of her Injunction for Protection (on page 28 of the PDF) makes a revelation too shocking to put in print. Her point leads me to openly ask Timothy Holmseth: Are you really nothing but a depraved SEX maniac? In modern parlance, I ask is Tim Holmseth just a perv masquerading as an Internet journalist? Further, Micheal P. Brannon a Licensed Psychologist on page 6 of the PDF allegedly had physically reviewed those sexually explicit emails.
Holmseth’s Vagina Monologue
Allegedly in June 2010 Timothy Holmseth was a busy little perv in his
Vagina Monologue which was disclosed in Kim’s point #232 on page 130 of the PDF.
Then in July 2011 Holmseth’s Florida Bar complaint allegedly contained explicit sexual references which was disclosed in Kim’s point #352 on page 183 of the PDF. I shall ask again, is Timothy Holmseth nothing, but a perv?
Timothy Holmseth self published a book on his investigation of Haleigh Cummings as a missing child. Kim basically strongly objects to the book allegedly centering around Tim’s obsession with her, rather than on Haleigh; not to mention all of the alleged defamation of character issues.
Tim’s stalking activities as alleged by Kim Picazio consisted of his write into action Web site, his Youtube videos posted under floodofnoah, and his activities on both Facebook and Twitter. Kim was especially distressed by Tim’s email activities that allegedly were regularly sent to a very large distribution list.
Last but NOT least, Kim Picazio claims that she will be filing suit next week against two individuals: Holmseth and her favorite PI. In addition, she is trying to get criminal charges for cyber stalking filed against Holmseth.

OMG, Peabody! This dude is terribly malfunctioned to say the very least! He’s on to calling out the snakeman and another one of NG former correspondant’s on the youtubes. These were taken off of Levi’s radio show- apparently recorded by none other than the Tin Foil Hat dude.
Isn’t there something somebody can do to get him off of the youtubes? Get him banned?

Peabody, here!
Of course. All you have to do is go video by video, and flag them as inappropriate. I did one just now. Click on the flag icon directly below the vids. Select hateful as the reason, and then bullying. There are other possibilities.
KP, herself, would have more options for complaining since she has gotten a real court order to back up her complaints with.
You could do the same in Google. You would complain about an inappropriate search result. They have some type of procedure for reporting such which is a total pain to go through, but you would basically notify Google about an inappropriate search result in a similar fashion to reporting child pornography showing up in the search results.

Peabody, here!
Since the time of my original health advice, I have significantly developed the amount of information available on my website at: The Vitamin D Revolution.
Without a doubt, my health site offers more hard information on vitamin D, concentrated in a half-dozen pages, complete with videos and research references most of which studies can be read in their entirety online for free, than any other site on the Web.
