Those selected for the top lawyers list receive a free plaque that is paid for by the South Florida Legal Guide, for example, along with a copy of the full color magazine, as well as an official parchment certificate. All the lawyers in your professional community email each other; sending congratulations to those who have made the list of top lawyers. The South Florida Legal Guide organization, also, throws an awesome cocktail party for the winners in Miami, Florida.

Most of the time, I choose to just ignore you and your commentaries.. Few ever say anything other than downing and causing others pain and attempted humiliation.. I guess someone somewhere must have died and put you in charge of bashing people.. You know that through out the internet there are comments and bashing sent in your direction.. And I do believe those persons you refer to as Trolls, simple because they return the equal bashing. Now, like it or not Simon Barrett has every right to publish his opinions.. Just as you do.. Yet, you are one of the first to bash him for his opinions. Bashing in my book is not writing an article or publishing an opinion.. It is a method of being rude and crude and you do that quite well.. Look at the kindness youv’e shown with your sharp tongue against TH.. And the bashing I’m going to receive as you respond to my commentaries..
Needless to say, folks.. this is an odd man, about 59 years of age so the concept of being senile isn’t relative, plain ass mean and opinionated is more the case.. How, he managed to settle into the Haleigh case after tearing the web up for so many years is a good question. Oh and I read the commentaries on Radio you’ve put out, and I ask.. Such a close friend of Radio, and a your mutual friend the Attorney from South Florida.. Why isn’t your friend the Attorney, insulted and upset with the bashing you give Radio? This in my mind is an Enigma, something just doesn’t seem logical about that situation.

Simon is entitled to make a buffoon of himself if he wants to. This post pretty much proves that he often doesn’t have a clue about what he is talking about. Cobra was shown to be a liar on Radio’s Blog. The dude likes to brag about stuff that simply is NOT true, it would appear.
Radio banned me from her forum. That something, that just doesn’t make sense to you about the situation is affecting Radio, a lot more than me.
I was seriously considering NOT doing my update on Radio, but today she convinced me that Reddios deserves a good tongue lashing. Radio behavior characteristics have a lot in common with Simon, Cobra, and TH. Trust me, Radio will turn on you on a dime. She has, also, made so many off the wall comments lately, that it really makes me wonder if she is not suffering from the same thing that is afflicting TH.
Something just doesn’t seem right about Radio to me. I have to question whether the gal is all there, or not.

You know John, its time to put the ole toys away, and begin a new year without all of this hate. Things will progress this coming year as they are intended, nothing we say or do is going to make a difference.
I found it so difficult on my children as a single parent, when I was going to college and working full time, how difficult it was for the girls. So, when the opportunity came around to complete my degree and go to law school, I looked at the girls and decided it wasn’t worth what I had to give up being with them, or taking me away from them more than I already had to. Decisions, single parents make!!
That also brings me to a question, you’ve been a single father who had to struggle with an ex over custody issues with your child, and I can tell through your biography, there is still a bit of bitter in your heart.. This equals so much to the same issues TH has and is going through with his child, yet you don’t see the comparisons. You don’t realize that he has gone through this now for over 5 years.. A constant court issue, any excuse to take him back to court. And he’s not the only Dad on her list, she has her oldest son’s father she drags through court also.. TH book gave this woman her second breath, and reason to drag him back in front of the same Judge. Your choices to bring truths to light, your belief that you have all the Consititutional Rights to speak your mind, and bring Justice to Injustice.. Your Parental Struggles.. There is a Parallel here.
You also realize that being banned from a forum or blog, as the Navajo say, Yaw Ta Hah, doesn’t matter.. Heck, I’ve been banned from a few myself.. But, I do know that when Jan banned me from BNN, it was my own fault.. I was in full fledge war with the Haleigh Bio Dad’s family, and bound to be damned if I wasn’t going to stand and tell the truth as I knew it.. So, I did that. You have such a dislike for Simon, and I don’t understand why.. He puts his pants on just like you do every day, and he also is a truth seeker.. He has also had a hard road to tow the last couple of years, you do realize that he was there trying to help keep the rest of us updated on the Haleigh issues, when there was no news coming out. He was beam of light in that darkness of silence during the spring and summer of 2009.. People don’t have to believe everything any of us say, or believe.. Yet, in each opinion there is a tad of info to be found and it all collects to a point of conclusion and hopefully an answer.. I guess its time for all of us to realize the actually Haleigh case as we knew it, ended the day Geraldo was called to town, And the rest of it was and has been based only on the parents. Such a shame..
During the interview that TH had with the FBI Agent in Mn. TH ask the Agent, “Why are people so intent and determined that Haleigh is Dead”? The Agent responded, “It stops people from looking for her”!! Knowing, that in the investigative eyes and ears of Putnam County, Florida.. They are looking for a live, missing, abducted child. Even to this day this is an active case.
Anyone who doubts this, please call Sheriff Jeff Hardy and ask him, or Major Bowling… Then come back and lets talk…

Well, you’ll find that Th, just like you has had to defend himself in his court appearances, file his own brief’s, his own motions, affidavits etc. What do you honestly think TH has gone through these past few months, been accused of abusing his son, and it has been proven now, that it was a falsehood accusation. His daughter accused of molesting the boy, and she has been cleared. This is where the system has gone haywire.. A psychologist brought in who advised TH needed an evaluation, yet she had already done one herself 3 years prior and it was deemed Normal. If you think your days of hell and false accusations were harmful and caused pain and anger. This is where this man is, the battles he faces in two forthcoming court hearings, have managed to melt themselves together, with the involvement of both parties he will be facing in court. At least at this point there is an attorney on his side, and that I do believe will bring a resolve to both cases. The one thing that really bothers me, is that people who read the damning statements made against this man, and believe them. Are going to find themselves in a difficult situation, the truth has a distinct habit of coming out. And the reality is.. This man has never caused harm to his children, the night he was accused of harming his son, after receiving documents. To the surprise of people. The entire issue was on audio tape, and thereby the accusations made, were automatically disproved. You haven’t heard the tape, yet law enforcment, Judges, Attorneys now have. I think John, you have only been given one side of information, never had access to the other. Which is a shame, since opinions and decisions about people versus people should always be made by having all the facts.
But, your not alone out there.. Too many people take what they read as an absolute, yet fail to realize there are always three sides to a story, one for each person directly involved, and the truth. Your also not aware that TH ex. actually backed her veh into him, striking him. Just days prior to her filing a restraining order against him, for sending her a text message, telling her off. I thought this is amazing, how many people have I ever told off in person, by phone, by email and by text.. How many times have I been told off.. I’ve had days with my ex’s where we had quite intense verbal sessions, and said things we probably didn’t mean.. yet neither one of us ran down to file for a restraining order. I look at that aspect as another trick to misuse the legal system.. especially when the woman struck the man with a 5,000 lb automobile, while their unrestrained 6 year old son is setting in the front seat of the same vehicle.. Now, who would need a restraining order?? See you don’t have all the facts or truths..

My New Year’s Resolution for 2012 – Stay away from the crazies.
Why anybody would want to make TH into the victim is (A)Totally Beyond Me, and (B)Absolutely crazy, IMHO. Criminals are NOT the victim, they are the perpetrators. This is precisely why I am going to give this Blog up. I have more than enough problems of my own to deal with. I absolutely do NOT want to waste the precious little time that I do have dealing with a bunch of dysfunctional losers.
I have learned a few things in life from this Blog of mine.
(A) I do NOT like liars – whether they be a person, an institution, business, Web site, or government.
(B) I do NOT like drunks and druggies – whether the drugs be illegal or legal.
(C) I do NOT like people who are simultaneously both arrogant and unbelievably stupid. Here, the Barretts come to my mind. So, do the SCIENCE people. If you cannot comprehend it the first time around – That is YOUR Problem, friend.
(D) I do NOT like crazy people, people who talk crazy, or anybody who intentional tries to act crazy.
(E) Anybody who wastes my time, with any and all of the above.
These people are NOT friendly. They are self-destructive and just want to drag you down with them. They always want something from you. Or, they are just trying to take advantage of you.
My advice to both YOU and the public is to NEVER come up to me spotting off your mouth with a bunch of B/S, because you think that I am too stupid to see right through you.

And yes, Teresa did have a badge while working at the sheriff’s department in records. You aren’t telling me anything I don’t know. Mlee will never distance herself from TH. She is his greatest defender. Everywhere. Not sure why she is denying she helped write his book when he clearly thanks her in the start of the book. That said, from what I have heard and seen, she is still his side-kick, partner in crime, or whatever label you want to put on them. She diligently defends him everywhere his name in taken in “vain”.
As far as people all distancing themselves from each other. Teresa never had a relationship with TH. She had a relationship with Becca, and Becca had one with TH. Also, don’t believe the BS Mlee throws around about having a relationship with Teresa, most of what she has claimed is lies. Becca & TH distancing from each other, they appear to have had a difference of opinion about Ronald’s family from the sound of things. Then again, Becca seemed to have dropped off the face of the earth for a long time, so who really knows. Was she even REALLY a child advocate like she claimed? Research seems to suggest she was not.

Nor, can I see WESH tv in Florida paying Casey $50,000 for her video. They have a big local audience interested in Casey, but definitely NOT big enough to pay that freight.
Just like for anybody in this country, there is tons of money to be made off the Internet. So far, Casey is no iJustine. I certainly was bored by her video. She has a very long way to go, to be making any money off her videos. I still think that she is prone to end up either dead, or in prison in a fairly short period of time.
I think Casey is crazy for wanting to leave Florida. If she ever manages to buy a house in Florida, the property would be protected from lawsuits. Of course, criminal types are just plain crazy and usually keep on pushing it until they get busted.

I get that people want to know what’s going on with Skankasaurus, and it doesn’t mean they like her, hell..most people looking for news on her are the ones who are let down by the trial and Jurors. I think you’re right about criminal types (sociopaths), like Casey,OJ and a slew of offenders who have gotten away with murder to slip up somewhere and eventually have their asses hand to them.
Casey risks getting punched in the face by a grandmother everyday she leaves the house. And she’s not going to have protection forever. There are gangs of women, old ladies and those who cared more about her daughter than she did, just waiting to see her at supermarket or a public place and deck her. Now because of that I don’t see how staying in Florida is a great idea for her.
I didn’t think any stations/comp were going to pay squat for videos or pics of CA..that lets me down, I was under the impression she was “toxic”, so I guess they tested the waters and are gonna take the gamble.
Simon Barrett has to be on drugs if he thinks really believes that he’s some sleuthing genius with connections galore…I have no clue who this Barling guy is but if he’s doing a show with Clownshoe, he has to be retarded…
How many failed Sunday radio shows has Simon had now? I’ve counted 3.
