Everybody knows by now that Ronald Cummings was sentenced to 15 years in jail. As far as I am concerned, absolutely nothing new has happened. So, all the journalists involved in the Haleigh Cummings missing person case are recycling old theories in order to fill dead air space. When will this nonsense, all end?
The Flo Hallors’ theory is that Ronald Cummings needed $35,000 to buy Haleigh Cummings back. Of course, this theory was discounted a long time ago when Tim Miller actually raised the $35,000 and Ron was reported to have said that he did NOT know what Tim was talking about.
The latest is Chelsea’s theory where Haleigh died from a drug overdose and Misty and Tommy were ordered by Ron to get rid of the body. Please!!! Does this theory make sense to anyone? Ronald Cummings is going to treat his own child like trash? If this was true, then why in the world wouldn’t Tommy Croslin have ratted out Ron, his long time enemy, a long time ago?
Everybody is afraid of Ronald Cummings Theory: Misty is still shaking because of her fear of Ron. Ha, … Hah, Ha: do NOT make me laugh! That is why Misty came back from living with big bad cousin Joe in Tennessee to Florida in order to start her own prescription drug gang because she is so afraid of Ron.
Now we hear that Misty has ratted out her brother Tommy. After all, LE was NOT buying that cousin Joe did it so she had to blame it on somebody else. That only leaves poor Tommy. Believe me if that was true, brother Tommy would have been history long ago. I believe that Misty is just trying to save her own arse. Likewise, Tommy NOT ratting out Misty can mean only one thing. Both of them are heavily involved in the death of Haleigh Cummings.
UPDATE: Ronald Cummings – Here We Go Again
While Chelsa’s presentation on Issues with Jane Velez-Mitchell might have sounded impressive, I don’t think that it was anything, but a Croslin-by-marriage attacking the ONLY non-Croslin member in the mix: Ronald Cummings.
Let us not forget how Chelsa had attacked Flo Hollars in Females Fight It Out Over Haleigh for not sticking up for her family members.
Chelsea Croslin: “Ms. Hollars has not been around our family for the last seven years that I have been with the Croslins. I have met Flo Hollars maybe two times. She is not involved in our family, so I don`t know why she would want to hurt and implicate three of her grandchildren. It`s just very sad that she would do that.”
Nancy Grace catches Chelsea Croslin lying about Flo Hollars
MARLAINA SCHIAVO, NANCY GRACE PRODUCER: “Not only was she very specific, Nancy, but we know from all the jailhouse conversations that they have had a lot of contact. And a lot of times, you hear them say, I need to call Nanny, Tell Nanny to write me. So there was a relationship here. But according to Chelsea Croslin, there was not much of a relationship. So again, lots of inconsistencies in what we`re being told.”
In Female Enablers in the Disappearance of Haleigh I had made the connection that one of the major reasons that solving this crime has taken so long is because the females have been intentionally enabling the criminal behavior of all the males in this extended family. Here we see Timmy’s wife refusing to accept the possibility that either Misty, Cousin Joe, or Tommy had done something unspeakable to Haleigh.
According to Chelsa, big bad Ron is to blame for everything. Well I am sorry. Misty has a mouth. She, NOT Ron, was the person babysitting Haleigh. She is the one who has the responsibility of opening her trap and telling the authorities exactly what had happened that fateful night. Misty Croslin most certainly has been flaunting her lies, and arrogant attitude to the press, more than Ron ever has. Guilty of murder or not, Misty Croslin most certainly should pay the price for failing to come clean at the very least.

That whole Chelsea saying that Ron told Misty and Tommy to get rid of Haleighs body is nonsense. Is Ron father of the year? Not by a long shot. But TC and MC wouldn’t sit in their cells holding onto that for all these months just to protect Ron or because they were sooooo scared of Ron. No way. Misty is a liar, and can’t keep a story straight to save her life – literally. I truly believe LE is about to start charging someone for the murder of this child.

can’t possibly be smarter than all the educated people there can they? It seems to me, that in both this case and the Anthony case, something is seriously wrong when three almost illiterate people (in the Cummings case) can manage to stump trained professionals, and a spoiled manipulative 21 year old and her mother can seemingly manipulate a murder case (may Cindy Anthony rot in hell).
I’ve said many times, it appears that Florida is the place to commit murder against young children and get away with it, OR become media darlings. Disgusting.

Seems like Misty is not the only liar in the family, Chelsea keeps changing her story as well. We know that Chelsea told us all Joe done it when she picked up her van. Then we read that Chelsea feels Joe also took her cell phone. I always wondered if the reason for implicating Joe was to explain not only calls made by Misty to Timmy or Chelsea (to say they were calling Joe) or the use of the van. Hard to believe though that if they were involved Chelsea would be so stupid as to do this. I remember when Haleigh went missing we heard from Chelsea what great father Ron Cummings was. She said he dressed Haleigh in matching outfits with bows and it was all just so touching that a father took such good care of a little girl. I guess that went out the window when the Joe story would not wash with LE.
Besides the fact that Chelsea changes her story every five minutes, that she has tried to profit off Haleigh’s death by selling Misty’s letters and her mothers photos??? Her tale just has holes in it. Chelsea says she feels Misty’s calls to Ron and fighting were about Haleigh being dead and him wanting her to get rid of the body but in the end Ron come home in his black works suit and took Haleigh and dumped her, Joe and Tommy just were there to “set the scene of a kidnap”. Give me a break.
People say Cummings is street smart but he would call this idiot Tommy to stage the scene? What did that involve a brick and the door? NO WAY.

The last call between Misty and Ron was at 8:30pm. So Misty would have had to tell Ron then and Haleigh would have to have been in that bed till he got home 3am. Cadaver dogs would have hit in the home had Haleigh been dead and in the home that long. On top of that we have Chelsea saying she feels Misty was sleeping and let the kids roam and Haleigh got Ron’s pills, she wakes up to dead Haleigh. Well, for Ron to know someone had to call him. The last contact with Misty is 8:30pm and Sykes was over at 7:30 Pm.
So we are supposed to accept that Misty who was out on a three day bender just took a nap for an hour and woke up to dead Haleigh? Not a chance. Not the way she tells it. Also I thought Chelsea made the claim that loose pills were laying all around the house. Then she says Ron kept them in his dresser drawer which is not the same as laying around the house. And what drug addict leaves his pills out or even where people know they are knowing that Misty likes pills and Tommy likes pills and MIsty has Tommy over all the time. Again not a chance.
I think Tommy is guilty of murder and Misty is guilty of something but sure it could be the other way around. The only way Cummings could have a part is if he got a call at 8:30 from Misty saying Haleigh was dead. Haleigh’s bedtime was 8:00 pm. Maybe she would not go to bed and Misty gave her a pill or some other medication to put her to sleep. If Ron knew she was doing this then I guess the theory he knows something could be true but IMO it is a huge stretch and how some people could still think he like beat Haleigh to death is way beyond me.

Lisa, Ron didn’t beat Haleigh to death. He is not Father of the year, not by a long shot, but no way did he beat her to death with his bare hands. Chelsea plays both sides of the fence when its convenient for her. She either knows more than what she let’s on or needs more attention than what she getting(attention whore). You brought up a lot of good questions.

John, its almost or is at the point that either too many people know what happened to Haleigh or too many people have an axe to grind with someone involved with her life, so they are now saying what has already been gone over to say their piece. I have not a real clue as to what happened that night. I don’t know any of these people ( thank God) but I do know that the last person who was with Haleigh knows what ended her life or caused her “disappearance”. Its not like you need a PHD in forensic criminology to see that the last person who was in the care giving position of a missing child has more to say than”I was asleep” or #2 story “Joe did it and touched me” or #3 “my brother/lover did it”. Imo, with the ever changing bull sh*t, and never an explanation of why the bs changed, that girl is trying desperately to save her ass.
